If you have purchased access to and use of the Subscription Services (as defined below) and have not otherwise executed a separate written subscription agreement with us, then please read these Qumulo SaaS Subscription Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”), together with any associated Order Form carefully because they govern your use of the Subscription Services. To make these Qumulo Terms and Conditions easier to read, the terms “Qumulo,” “we,” and “us” refers to Qumulo, Inc., and the term “you” refers to you and any organization that you are acting on behalf of. You and Qumulo may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
