This Third Amendment to Financing Agreement (this “Third Amendment”), dated as of February 1, 2023 (the “Third Amendment Effective Date”) is by and among EL PASO COUNTY, COLORADO, a body politic and corporate and a political subdivision duly organized and existing under the laws and constitution of the State of Colorado (the “County”), PNC NCNVINV, Inc. successor in interest to BBVA Mortgage Corporation, an Alabama corporation formerly known as Compass Mortgage Corporation (“Lender”) and YOUNG MEN’S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION OF THE PIKES PEAK REGION, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“Borrower”).
