WHERAS, the District has qualified for State of California grant funds (“Funds”) to be disbursed over a one (1) year period pursuant to the After School Education and Safety Program (“Program”), created in the 2002 California voter approves Proposition 49, enacted as Article 22.5 in the California Education Code Section 8482 et. seq. and administered by the California Department of Education; and
