This Managed Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated April 8, 2025, (the “Effective Date”), is made between Routt County, CO (the “Customer”), and Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., (“Dominion”). This Agreement may refer to Dominion and the Customer as the “Parties,” or may refer to Dominion or the Customer individually as a “Party.”
