This Addendum to Contract (“Addendum”) is entered into by and between the Ascension Parish School Board (hereinafter “School Board”) and (hereinafter “Vendor”). The Addendum is effective as of the Date and remains in effect for renewal terms until a new agreement is signed. This agreement may stand for up to a maximum of 4 renewals or until August 1, 2028.
