(“NYISO”), a New York not-for-profit corporation. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to those terms in the NYISO Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”) and Market Administration and Control Area Services Tariff (“Services Tariff”), as context requires.
