SKYWARD® SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT – NegotiatedSoftware License Agreement • January 27th, 2025
This Skyward® Software License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Skyward, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation with offices at 2601 Skyward Drive, Stevens Point WI 54482 (“Skyward”) and Glenview CCSD 34, with offices at 1401 Greenwood Road, Glenview, IL 60025 (“Licensee”). Skyward and Licensee may be collectively referred to herein as the “parties” or individually as a “party.”
