This Mobility Fee Credit Agreement for Stormwater Management Facility Construction, Stormwater Management Facilities Donation, and Right of Way Donation (the “Agreement”) is made and executed as of this day of March, 2022, by and between Clay County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “County”), and D.R. Horton, Inc. - Jacksonville, a Delaware corporation (the “Developer”).
