Agreement dated September 14, 2011, between PORT OF PLOCE AUTHORITY (“Borrower”) and INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT (“Bank”) for the purpose of providing additional financing (“Additional Financing”) for activities related to the Original Project (as defined in the Appendix to this Agreement).
