This ELOP Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on July 1, 2025 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Center Joint Unified School District, hereinafter referred to as (“DISTRICT”), and the Sunrise Recreation and Park District, hereinafter referred to as (“SRPD”), for the express purpose of implementing the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (“ELOP”). It is understood by and between the Parties that the implementation of this Agreement is contingent upon continued funding received by DISTRICT from the California Department of Education. DISTRICT and SRPD may be referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
