, 2023 (the “Dated Date”), is made between THE LEAVEN GROUP LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (the “Owner”), and the UNIFIED GOVERNMENT OF ATHENS-CLARKE COUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (“ACC”), in its respective capacities as ACC’s “local legislative body” or “redevelopment agency”, as appropriate, under the Redevelopment Powers Law, O.C.G.A. §36-44-1, et seq. (as may be amended from time to time, the “Redevelopment Powers Law”). The Dated Date hereof is for reference purposes only. This Agreement shall become effective only as of the Effective Date (defined below), and on the terms and conditions hereof.
