tsuch Customer acknowledges and agrees that in order to use Netigate’s Service with the integrated third-party software or mobile applications, Customer needs to obtain the right to use such third-party software or mobile application by licensing or otherwise obtaining usage rights from the third-party. Any use of third-party software integrated into, or mobile applications accessing, the Netigate Services shall be exclusively governed by the terms of the applicable third-party software or mobile application, as appropriate, and these ToS and the DPA do not apply to them (except as expressly otherfwise agreed to in writing by Netigate). Netigate expressly disclaims any responsibility for the proper functioning, security, availability or interoperability of such third-party software or mobile application. Netigate reserves the right to cancel, remove or otherwise disable access immediately to third-party software or mobile applications if, in Netigate’s reasonable opinion,
