Reference is hereby made to the Recovery Property Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 20, 2022 (the “Servicing Agreement”) between Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California corporation, as Servicer (the “Servicer”), and PG&E Wildfire Recovery Funding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as Issuer (the “Issuer”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings specified in the Servicing Agreement.
