THIS DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, is made on or as of the 24th day of March 2025 by Dokmo Emerson Partnership (hereinafter called "Owner"), a Minnesota company, having its offices at 37 E. Isabel Street, St. Paul, MN 55107, for the benefit of City of West St. Paul, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the “City”).
