This Partner Program Agreement (the "Partner Agreement") is made and entered into between Register.com. Inc., inclusive of the Power Your Name and Name Bargain programs ("Register.com") and you effective as of the date you elect to participate in the Register.com partner network (the "Effective Date"). In this Partner Agreement, all references to "Partner" means the entity using and offering the Web Services (as defined below) and participating in our partner network.
