Comprehensive and smooth cooperation between the contracting parties is in the interest of both parties. This Quality Assurance Agreement (QAA) serves the binding definition of technical and organizational framework conditions between BÄR and the SUPPLIER in order to achieve the jointly targeted zero-defect goal.
