THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the VILLAGE OF VILLA PARK, ILLINOIS, hereinafter referred to as the “VILLAGE,” and CIVILTECH ENGINEERING, INC., hereinafter referred to as the “ENGINEER,” has been prepared and executed to provide for professional civil engineering services for the VILLAGE OF VILLA PARK – Tri-Trail Connector Project Phase II Engineering, hereinafter referred to as the “PROJECT”.

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the VILLAGE OF VILLA PARK, ILLINOIS, hereinafter referred to as the “VILLAGE,” and V3 COMPANIES, LTD., hereinafter referred to as the “ENGINEER,” has been prepared and executed to provide for professional construction engineering services for the Jackson Pond Expansion Project – Phase III, hereinafter referred to as the “PROJECT”.
