A State Affiliation Agreement was signed with the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) on September 6, 1980, now called Unified Agreement. This agreement was signed again on November 26, 2019. This agreement means that any person joining the Maryland Association of Secondary School Principals (MASSP) must also join NASSP.
