THIS AGREEMENT is made the last date set forth adjacent to the signatures of the parties below by and between Yamhill County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Family & Youth Division of its Health & Human Services Department (“County”) and McMinnville School District, 800 NE Lafayette Avenue, McMinnville, Oregon 97128 (“Contractor”).
