This document, together with the “Account Summary Table” on the card carrier sent with the card(s) for each new credit card account, form the “Agreement” that governs the credit card account established for you by Regions Bank (“Account”) and each Regions Explore Visa credit card or other device issued to access the Account (a “Card”). In this Agreement, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Regions Bank, and “you” and “your” mean each person who applied for or otherwise agreed to be responsible for the Account. If we use a capitalized term in this Agreement but we do not define that term, the term refers to the corresponding term used in your billing statement. By keeping, using or permitting others to use the Account or any Card, you accept the terms of this Agreement.
