This Grant Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust (together with its successors and assigns, the “Trust”), an instrumentality of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”) and the grantee listed above, a Massachusetts non-for-profit corporation established under M.G.L. c.180 (together with its successors and assigns, the “Grantee”).
