Under the NDFA Design & Build Framework Agreement, JJ Rhatigan & Company won the contract for the design and construction of Bundles 1 and 3 of the devolved schools programme. These included primary and post-primary schools on 10 different sites with a mix of new build, replacement, refurbishment and extensions.
