THIS INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “IAA”) is made and entered into by and between the state of Washington, Department of Ecology, hereinafter referred to as “ECOLOGY,” and the CITY OF OLYMPIA hereinafter referred to as the “CITY” and “CONTRACTOR,” pursuant to the authority granted by Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code Washington, Interlocal Cooperation Act.
