(“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 11th day of June 2021, by and among New York Transco, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“Transmission Developer”), the New York Independent System Operator, Inc., a notfor-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“NYISO”), and the New York Power Authority, a corporate municipal instrumentality organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“Affected System Operator”). Transmission Developer, the NYISO, or Affected System Operator each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
