Reference is made to the Contribution Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) dated 12 June 2014 signed between the United Nations Office for project Services (UNOPS, hereinafter referred to as “Contributing Agency”), and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP hereinafter referred to as “Recipient Agency”), each of them separately referred to as “Party”, and collectively as “Parties” with respect to the IATI activities (“Activities”);
