This Franchise Agreement ("Franchise Agreement") is entered into this 1st day of October 2022, by and between the City of KINGBURG (“City”) and Mid-Valley Disposal, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (“Grantee” or “Contractor”), for the collection, transportation and disposal of Solid Waste and for other services as further specified herein in Exhibit “A.”
