ManpowerGroup US Inc., a Wisconsin corporation with its principal office located at 100 Manpower Place, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53212, on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries (each an “Affiliate,” and collectively, “ManpowerGroup”), and Le Sueur County, a government entity in the state of MInnesota with its principal office located at 88 South Park Ave, Le Center MN 56057 (“Client”), in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, effective as of May 30, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), hereby agree as follows:
