THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the VILLAGE OF OSWEGO, Kendall and Will Counties, Illinois (hereinafter the “Village”) and RKM Fireworks Co., a Michigan company (hereinafter “Display Operator”), this 1st day of February 2022 (“Effective Date”), and replaces and supersedes all previous agreements, if any, between the Parties hereto.
