This Cooperative Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 2023 (“Agreement”), by and between the ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT (“DISTRICT”), a body corporate and politic, and the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH (“CITY”), a municipal corporation in the State of California. The DISTRICT and CITY shall sometimes be referred to separately as a “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES”.
