The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish and maintain collective bargaining relations between the Hospital and the nurses covered by this Agreement; to provide for on-going means of communication the Associationandthe Hospitalandthe prompt disposition of grievancesand final settlement of disputesandto establishand maintainmutuallysatisfactory salaries, hoursof other conditions of employment inaccordancewith the provisions of this Agreement.
