This Agreement entered into this date and effective January 1, 2024, between the Board of Commissioners for the County of Grand Traverse, a municipal body corporate of the State of Michigan, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" and the Command Officers Association of Michigan, hereinafter referred to as the "Association" or "Union", expresses all mutually agreed covenants between the parties.
