These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall be exclusively applicable, in the absence of any written agreement to the contrary, to the contracts, orders and other agreements in respect of the procurement of equipment, products, parts or raw materials (hereinafter together the “Products”) and Services obtained from subcontractors and vendors (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”) within the framework of the production activity of VT ES Kft. (8000 Székesfehérvár, Berényi út 72-100.; company registration number: 07-09-002774; tax number: 11106667-2-07; hereinafter referred to as “VT ES”). Any orders issued by VT ES and any contracts and other agreements concluded by VT ES shall only be valid and effective together with these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
