THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia Corporation, and Pine Belt Cellular, Inc. and Pine Belt PCS, Inc. d/b/a Pine Belt Wireless (“Carrier”) an Alabama Corporation, (both collectively referred to hereafter as “Carrier”) and shall be deemed effective as of June 1, 2002 (the “Effective Date”). This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or Carrier or both as a “party” or “parties.”
