WHEREAS, the Town, as owner ofa certain parcel ofland known as the "Melone Property" consisting ofapproximately 36.7 +/- acres of land which is more particularly described below, issued a Request for Proposals in May of2018 (the "RFP"), for the disposition ofsaid real property; and
