This Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into on the date of full execution (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between: Park Hill School District, located at 7703 NW Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO 64153 USA (the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and Heinemann, a division of Greenwood Publishing Group, LLC, located at 145 Maplewood Ave, Ste. 300, Portsmouth, NH 03801 USA (the “Provider”).
