To resolve the above-referenced compliance review brought under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the U.S. Department of Education and Louisiana Rehabilitation Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Program (the VRP) enter into the following Agreement. This Agreement is entered into voluntarily, and it does not constitute an admission of liability, non-compliance, or wrongdoing by the VRP.
