This agreement is entered into by the Unit Cooperators: the U.S. Geological Survey, hereinafter referred to as the "USGS", Clemson University, hereinafter referred to as the "University", the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, hereinafter referred to as the "Department", and the Wildlife Management Institute of Washington, D.C., hereinafter referred to as the "Institute", and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, hereafter referred to as “FWS”, and collectively referred to as Unit Cooperators.
