In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) both dated 07th May 2002, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Fast Crescent Sdn Bhd (“the Vendor”) and SAP Holdings Berhad (“the Proprietor”) dated 13th March 2002, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
