dated at Toronto on the 26th day of June, the Ontario Nurses' Association is the bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses engaged in a nursing capacity by Kirkland and District Hospital at Lake, Ontario, regularly employed for not more than hours per week, save and except Patient Care Manager and persons above the rank of Patient Care Manager.
