This General Release (the “Agreement”) is hereby entered into this day of January 2023 by and between Mr. Robert Short (hereinafter referred to as “Property Owner,” a term which includes his heirs, successors, beneficiaries, personal representatives, executors, trustees, legal representatives and assigns), whose address is 1342 Neuport Path, The Villages, FL 32163, and SUMTER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, the governing body thereof (hereinafter referred to as the “COUNTY”), whose address is 7375 Powell Road, Wildwood, Florida 34785. Property Owner and County are collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
