This Contract for Design Consultant Services is made, and entered into this the 19th day of February, 2014, by and between the COUNTY OF DURHAM, a political subdivision of the State of North Carolina, (hereinafter “OWNER”), and SUMMIT DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES, Electronic identification (EID) #30-0236228 (hereinafter “DESIGNER OR DESIGN CONSULTANT”), whose principal place of business is: 504 Meadowland Drive, Hillsborough, North Carolina 27278.
