The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (“Department”) is seeking one or more business partners to provide visitor services at Oleta River State Park and Dr. Von D. Mizell- Eula Johnson State Park (“Park”). Award of a Concession Agreement (“Agreement”) by the Department for a concession operation at the Park will be based on the following criteria and subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
