This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) to the Agreement (as defined herein) is made and effective as of Oct. 1, 2023 (the “Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”), by and between Analyze Corporation and Blaine County Government each individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.” Capitalized terms used in this Amendment and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings as provided in the Agreement.
