This CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the TOWN OF MEAD, COLORADO, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, with offices at 441 Third Street, Mead, Colorado 80542 (the “Town” or “Owner”), and Powell Restoration, Inc., a Colorado corporation whose principal office address is 6395 Brighton Blvd., Commerce City, CO 80022 (the "Contractor").
