This order sets forth policies and procedures that ensure the Department maintains a drug and alcohol free workplace. It describes policy, procedures and responsibilities governing random, mandatory and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing of all members, to detect, deter and eliminate any drug and alcohol use by Department members.
