Notwithstanding any other provision in the Agreement, in the event the Buyer has need to use the inurnment right prior to payment in full of the Total Sales Price and Buyer is current in all payments due under the Agreement, Buyer may have placed in the niche not more than two urns containing the cremated remains of a person or persons for so long, and only for so long as Buyer remains current in all payments due under the Agreement. If Buyer becomes delinquent on any payment due under the Agreement, and fails to remedy all delinquencies within 90 days of the due date of the first missed payment, Seller may remove the urns from the niche and place them in a secured area of general storage within Michigan Memorial Park for pick-up by Buyer. In the event of such removal, Seller shall notify Buyer by certified United States mail at Buyer’s last provided address. In no event does Buyer have any right to a refund of money paid prior to, or after, the delinquency.
