JOINT ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 202_ (“Effective Date”) by and between THE CITY OF OCEANSIDE, a municipal corporation (“Buyer”), and THE OCEANSIDE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a California public school district, (“Seller”). This Agreement includes the terms of purchase and sale between the parties and joint escrow instructions to the Escrow Holder (defined below). The Buyer and the Seller may be referred to individually herein each as a “Party”, and collectively as the “Parties.”
