We the parents/guardians of have read the enclosed information concerning the policies of KEYSTONE VOLLEYBALL CLUB. We agree, that having been selected to a team, to let join KEYSTONE VOLLEYBALL CLUB for this season. The player will be registering in the Boys Girls age group.
