This Member Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on July 1, 2015 ("Effective Date") between Idaho Oigital Learning Academy, a governmental entity organized and existing under the laws of the State of Idaho, with a principal place of business at 1303 E. Central Or., Suite 200, Meridian, 10 83642 ("lOLA") and Coeur d' Alene SO 271, acting by and through its Board of Trustees ("Member").
