AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of Blackjack Silver Company, LLC, a Delaware liability company (“Company”), is effective as of October 20, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between ISLV Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“ISLV”), and Blackjack Silver Corp., an Ontario corporation (“BSC”), as the Members.
